- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
- Tags and packaging should be intact.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

We want you to feel good in your Lokal Indian piece. If something does not feel right, please reach out to us within the eligible return or exchange window.
- Returns may be accepted only on eligible products.
- Products bought during special sales, limited drops, final sale or custom orders may not be eligible for return.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the item passes quality check.
- Used, washed or damaged products
- Products without tags
- Custom-made pieces
- Final sale items
- Items with perfume, stains or visible wear

- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return/exchange
- Clear photos if there is a defect or damage
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
Quality Check
All returned items go through quality check before exchange, refund or store credit is approved.
Every Lokal Indian piece is made in small quantities, so exchanges depend on size and stock availability.
